Do you need to install FFMPEG on your server to use scripts like ClipBucket or PHPMotion?
You probably don't want to deal with the compilation process of all the requirements needed by those scripts, and maybe you tried to install the required software using precompiled packages either using apt-get or yum but you realised that the versions provided are just too old. We can help you, we have been there fixing and installing FFMPEG with all the additional tools like FLVTool2 or MP4Box for our customers to make their scripts work correctly.
Andres wrote a HOWTO some time ago, showing the process to successfully install FFMPEG with all the requirements on his blog (Probably you have come to this website from that post) that you can check in case you want to know what we will do on your server: http://www.andresmontalban.com/how-to-install-clipbucket-requirements-on-redhat-enterprise-5-server-with-cpanel/ (Despite the error of mentioning Red Hat Enterprise or cPanel, this guide should work on any Linux powered server with some little changes).
